The contract sits at the building layer, like cleaning or maintenance. One subscription covers the wardens, the training, the drills and the records for every business inside the building.
Start with a review of the emergency plan and evacuation diagrams you already have.Every PCBU in a building carries a duty — the property manager, the building owner, and each business operating there. ERA is how you meet it, and how you prove you did.
It is a building-wide capability, not one business’s document storage. The wardens from every tenancy work as one team with the chief warden on top, because an evacuation does not stop at a lease line. Each business’s own hazards and action items stay isolated from the other tenancies unless they are deliberately shared.
What the subscription includes
Warden theory training online, with the modules, due dates and certificates tracked for you. A mobile emergency simulation each tenancy runs itself. Automated debrief and reporting, with the documents stored. A dynamic warden list, and customised warden search areas and tasks. Digital and dynamic assembly area information. Hazard and asset capture and tracking. A PCBU dashboard per tenant. A booking system to coordinate on-site training.
And a review of the emergency plan and evacuation diagrams you already have, with a written list of what needs fixing.
Priced by the size of the building: $50 per month for a single-tenant site, $100 for two to four tenants, $150 for five or more.
What is quoted separately
Building a new Emergency Management Plan, and producing evacuation diagrams, are quoted per job. Reviewing what you already have is part of the subscription; building new ones is separate work with its own price.
What ERA is not: not an emergency service, not a regulator, and not legal advice. The legal duty always stays with the customer — ERA supports the emergency planning workflow AS 3745 describes and keeps the evidence for it in one place. In a real emergency, call 000.
We look at the emergency plan and evacuation diagrams you already have and come back with a written list of what needs fixing, plus a quote for the building.
